Ask Your Privacy Compliance,
Data Protection and AI Questions Here!

How to ask questions and get answers

Hello! If you’re here to ask a question you may be here because of our new book, Minimum Viable Privacy Compliance or because you’ve heard about the AskDenise! service.

Let me tell you how it works. This service is just like the good old fashioned American Dear Abby newspaper column. For those of you not familiar with the column, individuals would write in and ask for Abby’s advice, and after choosing a particularly interesting or relevant question Abby’s answer was published so all who read the column could benefit from it. Our website works the same with a more narrow focus.

Here are the rules and the victory conditions to catch my attention to have your question and answer published.

First, keep your question limited to privacy, data protection, and AI compliance, with a specific focus on how to operationalize the requirement you’re struggling with or to get a second opinion.

Second, no confidential information, personal information or proprietary information. If it contains any of these things, your question will be rejected.

Finally, as our question library grows, check past questions to see if your question has already been answered. We’re looking for novel questions, or related questions that continue on a theme from past questions.

One last thing, if you don’t care if your question is published we’re thinking about adding a subscription service that will provide responses to your questions unique to you, with training modules, videos, and templates. Let us know if you’d be interested in this service by giving your feedback below.

If you’re looking for practical and actionable privacy, data protection or AI compliance advice this is the place for you!
